Sheriff Pepper is the man in charge of the Hill Valley police.
Personality[]
He is generally lax, but when push comes to shove, he will follow the Mayor's orders, even if it causes detriment to someone else. He has admitted to showing bias towards the Valley residents.
Appearance[]
He wears a brown police uniform as the other officers do, but he also has a sheriff's hat and sunglasses. His badge is on the left side, and his baton and gun are attached to his belt.
